Green Screen Studios
A Green Screen is a large, neon-green backdrop that allows for digital effects in post production. Most movies, tv shows, and even news broadcasts use some form of green screen. If you would like to incorporate digital effects into your video recording, the TIU Media Team can assist with post production editing of the background from green to... anything you want!
Voice Over Booths
A Voice Over Booth is a specialised soundproof space designed to capture high-quality audio recordings, eliminating external noise. If you need clear, professional audio for your online content, the TIU Media Team can assist with recording and refining your voiceover tracks to ensure they meet audio quality standards.
Recording for Education
We primarily advise staff to utilise the Voice Over Booths for recording voiceovers on PowerPoint presentations. For those aiming to create high-quality video with images, video or a PowerPoint presentation behind you, each facility has a Green Screen for post-production editing.
The rooms have been equipped with instructional resources, both printed in the rooms and available online, to enable staff to record independently. The facilities offer a 'live key' mode that effortlessly removes the green in real-time during filming, eliminating the need for extensive editing afterwards.
The Media Team provides location assistance for staff during their first recording session. We encourage you to review the how-to guides to familiarise yourself with the process before proceeding with independent filming sessions.
