Work Health and Safety is extremely important in any organisation. Different rules will exist depending on the type of work performed and the work environment.
A great deal of diversity exists in the workplace. You may have to work within a diverse work environment, for example with people of different nationalities, generations, genders, ability or disability, religion, political viewpoints, work experience, educational backgrounds.
It is important to maintain a good level of ethical behaviour in the workplace that shows appropriate consideration for all around you.
