Preparing for Study Period

Check list

 1. Check correct staff are associated with the course as either Course Staff or Class staff with correct roles
          NOTE: check all offerings of that SP
 2. Create/Copy Course Site
          NOTE: if copying do this first to allow the system time to complete (around 1hr)
 3. Create/Copy Course Outline
 4. Check Lecture Recordings are scheduled
 5. Create/recycle summative assessment(s)
          NOTE: Course Outline must be published first
 6. Add activities eg create Virtual Classroom
 7. Add relevant content
 8. Correct/change/add restrictions (any section, activity or resource - except News Forum)

You may feel overwhelmed by the amount of preparation work you have to do, but we assure you it will prevent you from wasting time in the future.
