The external vendor, Turnitin, conducted maintenance on the weekend (27/6 & 28/6) to their product. Unfortunately, they have encountered some issues, and their service is currently unavailable, preventing similarity scores from being sent to and returned to learnonline. We are monitoring the situation closely and at this time Turnitin indicate that they may be offline for up to 48 hours. Once the connection is resumed it will take some time to process the backlog of assignments. Turnitin apologises for the inconvenience this may cause.
