Hello! My name is Nicole and i am currently in the last semester of completing my degree, which is a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).

Once i have graduated, I would love to gain acceptance into a graduate program working for a large organisation such as Woolworths or BHP.

I am yet to be told the organisations name, however I do know that for my placement I will be working within a small company that has been in business for 12 years. I will hopefully be starting soon and finishing within the month of July.  

The organisation is  looking to set up their HR department, therefore in my placement i expect to assist with writing general HR policies and procedures, as well as those specific to work health and safety.
