Hi everyone,

My name is Alex. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Applied Finance. I am hoping to complete both by study period 2, 2017.

Ideally, I would like to obtain a position within one of the big four accounting firms, subsequent to graduating.

Currently, I am still seeking an organisation to complete my placement within.

Furthermore, throughout my placement I would like to further develop my skills, graduate qualities and knowledge. I believe that undertaking placement within an organisation will allow me to apply my theoretical knowledge within a work place setting. This will allow me to obtain an understanding of the dynamics of a workplace and how theoretical knowledge may be applied.

Moreover, I would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of the day to day activities of an accountant and what I should expect subsequent to graduating.

Thus, I believe that this placement opportunity will provide me with an advantage subsequent to graduating as it will provide me with a comprehensive understanding of work place dynamics
