Lecture recordings are retained for 15 months before they are archived. Recordings made prior to SP5, 2015 will be archived on Friday, 27 January 2017. Recordings in a Course Coordinator’s “personal” area and those in a course “ongoing media” section will not be archived. Once a recording is archived, it can only be restored via a Help Desk service request.

Please email the IT Help Desk if you need to retain important recordings as “ongoing media” for future courses. The following information; available in the recording title on the lecture recordings page, must be included in the service request.

• course name
• course code
• class
• recording date
• recording time

Ongoing media requests must be sent to the IT Help Desk before Wednesday, 25 January 2017.
