You may have noticed a lag in data updates to the Teaching Dashboard Analytics Page. ISTS have been monitoring the situation and running manual updates when the overnight refresh has failed. A major release, in tandem with other database updates is scheduled for June 15 and it is anticipated that this will restore update stability. ISTS will continue to monitor the situation each day and initiate a manual update if data from the previous day is not reflected accurately in the dashboard. If a manual update is required, data displayed on the dashboard may be one day old.

We apologise for inconvenience this may cause and assure you that the ISTS team will monitor the situation closely until the update on June 15.
