The aim of this project was to scope, create and evaluate a tool that supports a new course coordinator to understand the management and the teaching and learning (T&L) requirements of their course.
The project brought together a team of staff across Business, Design and Health Sciences at three Australian universities to develop and trial the course handover tool. The project collated academic feedback about the course handover process from course coordinators, program managers/directors and Heads of School. We asked about what had worked well in the past and where improvements could be made. This feedback was used to build a tool to meet multiple needs across disciplines.
