Workshops were held at each of the three partner universities. The workshops served the dual purposes of dissemination and evaluation.
Workshop plan
- Explore: Course Handover tool
- Explain: Background, rationale and approach
- Apply: Use the tool in a simulated manner in courses provided by participants
Evaluation
DeBono 6 hats were used as a method of evaluation to critique the design and structure of the tool. This approach allowed for users to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities for future development as well as affective responses such as how they felt about the tool potentially being used as a quality assurance/quality enhancement process.
Workshops were held at:
9 April 2015: University of South Australia
28 April 2015: RMIT Melbourne
5 May 2015: University of Newcastle
