The old Moodle 1.9 installation that is used for resource (non-course) sites will be decommissioned on 18 December 2015. Most sites have already been converted to the new Moodle 2.7 version. Owners of remaining sites that have been accessed in the last twelve months have been contacted regarding conversion. If you haven’t been contacted and own a Moodle 1.9 resource site that is still required; please contact learnonline Help by 30 October to request conversion. You will need to advise the learnonline help team of:

• the website URL
• content developer/s requiring access
• student group/s requiring access (only if the site is to be restricted to a particular student cohort).

Any sites not converted by 18 December will be archived prior to the decommissioning.
