Hello, my name is Hannah and I am studying a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management).

I hope to complete my degree at the end of this year (2016).  

My dream job after I graduate, is to be a HR Manager at a travel or food related organisation.

My placement is at Maxima Recruitment.  

I will have my first day at Maxima on the 1st of March and will have finished placement in early June.

In my placement I expect to be completing mapping for the different roles at Maxima and developing a training matrix to compare the actual training to the required training. This mapping will also illustrate the qualifications people hold against the position description. Then using this information to develop a training matrix.
