Hi all,

My name is Nicholas Parrella, I am currently studying a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) and currently enrolled to partake in my placement with graduation in March 2017. My dream job once I have completed my degree would be either working in OH&S, recruitment or industrial relations. 

My placement is at Eurostyle Appliances, a South Australian appliance manufacturer who have an extensive range of products available for purchase in most of Australia. I will be commencing placement in December. 

At the Eurostyle Group, I expect to to undertake a range of different tasks, mainly to do with Work health and Safety. For example, I will be helping contribute towards the WHS strategic plan, design and perform a WHS audit and help empower worker engagement. I look to expand my horizons through placement and gain expertise knowledge to enhance my overall skills and competencies in HR.
