My name is Melissa but I prefer Mel.

I am studying a Bachelor of Management, Human Resource Management part time and I hope to be completed in 2018.

After graduation I hope to secure a role in HR, either in my current organisation or somewhere else. I’m currently working for the City of Adelaide and this is where I will do my placement.

My placement will be focused on conducting a service review of one of the teams in the HR program. Looking at the allocation of work and tiered service levels. This will give me a good insight into the work this team does and give me some networks and contacts in the industry.
