All content has been archived, retrieval will only be possible for critical business reasons and will take a number of days. If you require access to archived content, please raise a help desk ticket including the following information:
- Reason for retrieval
- Impact on non-retrieval
- Recording name
- Recording URL
- Recording date
- Recording time
Please note this is a manual process involving several teams. The retrieval may take up to 10 work days.
