The decommissioning of the old lecture recording system (Echo360) is now complete.  All content has been archived, retrieval will only be possible for critical business reasons and will take a number of days.  If you require access to archived content, please raise a help desk ticket including the following information:

• Reason for retrieval
• Impact on non-retrieval
• Recording name 
• Recording URL
• Recording date
• Recording time

Please note this is a manual process involving several teams.  The retrieval may take up to 10 work days.
