Students will need a copy of the worksheet for this activity, students will need to cut out their tangram pieces located on the last page of the worksheet.

If students are struggling to work out the answer in the time allowed you can give them a help sheet

If students solve all of the tangrams in the time allocated they can have a go at designing their own animal tangram and asking another student to solve it.
