If you can't reach an overall agreement on the teaching performance, you must complete the collaborative report stating this.

1. Enter the reason as to why you cannot reach an agreement.

2. Click Disagree. Note: You will get a pop-up notification where you will need to confirm your selection.

3. Select OK.

Once this has occurred, your participation in this review will be complete. The Dean of Programs will receive an email notifying them of the impasse and informing them that a third reviewer will need to be allocated to complete the review.

Then third reviewer will meet with the reviewee and rate them on the same dimensions and task as you have. They will not be able to view any of your comments until they have completed their own review. Once they have, they will then decide which reviewer they agree with.
