The following video has been produced as an example of how to complete a Clinical Assessment Tool while on placement. The aim is to demonstrate a successful approach in identifying learning needs, the process for evaluation of a required skill/experience (using the modified Bondy score) and opportunities to provide appropriate feedback.
This example is of an abdominal assessment with the setting being an antenatal clinic (in the midwifery HHHS).
