Topic outline

  • The UniSA Medicines Guideline provides students, clinical facilitators and clinicians with a clear outline of the student's capabilities and roles in the preparation and administration of medicines over the course of their program. It outlines the student's progression of skills and knowledge through the program and provides clear guidance of the student's scope of practice in each ELA.

Please note that although the UniSA Medicines Guideline may state that a student is able to administer a particular medicine, the policy at the venue in which the student is undertaking placement or attending a woman through CoCE, overrides the UniSA guideline.
