The clinician information sheets are available under each ELA. These documents contain important information for clinical facilitators and staff who are working closely with the students.
Clinical facilitators are encouraged to download, print and provide a copy of the clinician information sheet to staff at the venue. There is room on the document for clinical facilitators to add their contact details.
