Hi,

This is Rasool Bux from Pakistan. I am doing Masters of Human Resource Management and this is my last SP. I have about eight years of experience in HRM and my undergrad is also in HRM. I have started my professional experience this week at HR unit of UniSA for which I am thankful to Liz for her help and UniSA management for accommodating me. I have been assigned a project to develop an online feedback tool for employee performance. The project has kicked off positively and whole the HR team of UniSA is very cooperative.

I have many learning expectations from this experience. Since, I am myself employed in a university back in Pakistan so this experience will offer me a comparative study of policies, procedures and practices helping develop more effective policies at my parent organization.
