Due Date - 8pm, 30 September 2022

Please ensure STEMIE submissions are uploaded by one designated teacher from each school to the STEMIE Teacher Moodle. This will allow the teacher to have all submissions attached to their grade book for tracking points to qualify for the Regional Showcase.

A satisfactory submission could include:

• Summary of various types of transport systems used on work sites including mines.
• Strengths and weaknesses of each type of transport system.
• Discussion of the engineering aspects of the final device selection; e.g. whether fully or partly automated, whether complex (i.e. large number of moving parts involved) or simple design, gears, method of transfer of the Pringle POD, etc.
