Please ensure STEMIE submissions are uploaded by one designated teacher from each school to the STEMIE Teacher Moodle. This will allow the teacher to have all submissions attached to their grade book for tracking points to qualify for the Regional Showcase.

A satisfactory submission is a spreadsheet that demonstrates and should include:

• Extrapolated data to predict 2030 energy consumption
• Predictions for energy consumption and any assumptions made
• Fluctuations due to daily and/or seasonal energy consumption variations
• The ability to instantly recalculate energy demand in response to change in another factor (e.g. population, season or time of day)
• Graphs with trendlines and equations
• Colour-coded identification in relevant cells
