As GenAI becomes integrated across sectors, universities must effectively incorporate these technologies into their curricula and strategies to ensure students are job-ready. Industries increasingly require graduates who can work with GenAI but with the essential communication and critical thinking skills. This presents an existential challenge for universities: ensuring the validity of their qualifications by equipping the students with both necessary technical skills and human-centric competencies.
