Decisions and Decision Makers
This week we explore the nature of how decisions are made, and how the characteristics of both individuals and groups can influence the types of decisions and choices that are made. We look at how individual's personality characteristics influence the decisions they make, and explore how that, although we assume groups should make better decisions, sometimes groups can make some appallingly bad decisions and that it is the group itself that creates a context for poor decision-making.
