Week 6

Students can watch the lecture summaries in their own time and if they have questions/problems understanding any concept, they should ask during the class. On campus videos can be watched on You Tube. A links to playlist is added to all lecture pages. 

Pre- Class Activities

• Watch Lecture 6 
• After watching the lecture summaries, work through the tutorial 6 exercises and test their understanding. The detailed solutions for all tutorials will need to be made available at the end of the week. Students bring any questions to the tutorial session for discussion.
• Prepare for Quiz # 3. The quiz will be held during the tutorial/practical session.
• Prepare for Experiment #3: Transformers and note down any problems you have to ask during the tutorial/practical. 
• Start work on assignment report. Bring any questions you have to your tutorial session for discussion.
• Submit report for Experiment #2: DC Machines – Simulation. 

Tutorial/Practical activities (In- Class Activities)

• Discuss lecture, tutorial concepts and problems with students.
• Do Summative - Quiz # 3.
• Work on Experiment #3: Transformers. 
• Remind students for submission of practical 2.

Work through Tutorial  solutions with students.
