    Please select your program tab from the left-hand menu to view your enrolment advice. 

    UniSA Creative is offering in-person Enrolment Assistance Drop-In Sessions if you need assistance with enrolling or choosing your courses. Attendance at these sessions is completely optional. 

    We can also assist you via phone, email or Zoom at a time convenient to you - please scroll down for contact details

    We can also assist you with enrolment queries over the phone, via Zoom or via email:

    • I am having trouble with the enrolment system:
    • I have enrolled in my courses and would like support to double check I have done so correctly:
      • UniSA Creative are available to assist you via email. Once you have enrolled, please send us an email (CTV-TeachingLearning@unisa.edu.au) with your full name, the name of your program (i.e. which degree you are enrolled in) and your UniSA student ID number, requesting an enrolment check.
      • We will write back to confirm whether you are correctly enrolled. Please note that we will be dealing with a high volume of enquiries between January and March but we will respond as soon as possible.
    • I would like to speak with someone about course selection:
      • Not sure which courses you should be enrolling in? Having trouble selecting your major, sub-major or minor? We can help!
      • Send us an email (CTV-TeachingLearning@unisa.edu.au) with your full name, the name of your program (i.e. which degree you are enrolled in), your UniSA student ID number, and some information about your query. Let us know whether you would prefer to chat over the phone, via Zoom (a great option as it allows for screen-sharing) or via email
      • We will then book you in for a 10-minute one-on-one phone/Zoom consultation with one of our friendly Academic Services Officers at a time that is convenient for you, or respond to you via email if that is your preference.
    • I have a question about credit, part-time study or another more complex issue:
      • Please send us an email (CTV-TeachingLearning@unisa.edu.au) with the with your full name, the name of your program (i.e. which degree you are enrolled in) and your UniSA student ID number and we will book you in for a longer one-on-one advice session (offered either over the phone or via Zoom), or respond via email if you would prefer.
      • Please include as much detail as you can about your query in your email so that we can best assist you.
