Introduction
In this part of the Working Collaboratively Learning object you have an opportunity to learn more detail about each of the components of the Wheel model of effective group function and how each of the wheel components are related to key components of group effectiveness.
Understanding these relationships is important if you wish to utilise the Wheel model of effective group function to locate areas for improvement in your group's effectiveness and therefore optimise group performance.
