How do I know which Region value to select when creating or updating Organisations & Sites?

Region values are an attribute of Location data (geographical/mailing information about a Placement Provider).
Where applicable, Region values are selected by students in the Preference Recording process to define geographical preferences for placement, and are subsequently involved in the Automatic Allocation process.
How do I create a new Region value / update an existing Region value?
Region values are configured by Placement Administrators:
Student Placements > Placement Setup > Region Values
Placement Officers should send an email request to their Placement Administrator to request a Region value be created, updated or corrected.
Placement Administrators should refer to the following process instructions:

Create a Placement Region Value if the Region value does not exist in Medici

Update a Placement Region Value if the Region value already exists within Medici

Correct a Placement Region Value if the Region value data is invalid and was never valid

Update the Status of a Placement Region Value to ‘Inactive’ if the Region value is/will be no longer required
