Students are required to wear a luxel at all times whilst on clinical placement.

Protecting Pregnant Patients

Always check patient pregnancy status before performing an examination. If the patient might be pregnant, check with the qualified radiographer before proceeding with the examination.

Patient Identification (3 “C’s”)

It is important for students to ensure that identifying patients is undertaken  correctly.
