Spiritual Care

LMH has a Spiritual Care Team, aligned with the division of Allied Health, who offer an existential listening service to patients, families and staff.

A member of this team will meet people ‘at their point of need’ and listen in confidence, without judgement to a person’s story and what is important to them.

The team also offer debriefing and pastoral support to staff after traumatic incidents and complex work situations.

The Chaplains Office is located on Level 1

Places of Prayer

The following are open and available for use as required:

Peace Garden – quiet courtyard area located on Level 1

Place of Prayer – located on Level 1, open to all denominations

Muslim Prayer room – located on Level 2
