·        Passport to Placement (blue covered folder supplied by UniSA)

·        White UniSA Clinical Placement Folder

·        UniSA Name Badge

·        Luxel Radiation Monitor (or equivalent)

.        Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations and Booster

.        Evidence of FIT tested Mask size

.        Completed RAH Facility Induction online training module to obtain a Security Badge. (See General Information RAH Nuclear Medicine section)
