2491                TUBERCULOSIS OF THE EPIDIDYMIS

The patient had advanced pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis and tuberculous enteritis of the small and large gut.  The epididymis on each side is totally replaced by massive caseous tuberculosis.  The testes are somewhat atrophic but are not invaded.
