3906                ACUTE LYMPHATIC LEUKAEMIA AND LYMPHOSARCOMA

The specimens are of liver, spleen and kidney.  The liver is pale and smoothly enlarged.  The spleen is also pale, homogenous in appearance and moderately enlarged.  The kidney is large and pale with blotchy subcapsular haemorrhages.
